Limitation of Liability
VertexWare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Confidentiality

Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Termination terms and any applicable fees will be outlined in the individual service agreement. VertexWare reserves the right to immediately terminate access to our website for violation of these terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
Changes to Terms
